We are working with a fast growing eCommerce fashion business in Dubai and looking for an eCommerce Operations Director to join them.
Reporting into the CEO, the eCommerce Operations Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing the overall customer experience across all e-commerce touch points. This includes:
- Customer Service
- Customer feedback
- Supply Chain
- Inventory Management
It is envisaged that the successful eCommerce Operations Director will have extensive operations experience within a retail and eCommerce environment. You must have a proven track record in eCommerce process improvement and optimizing processes, especially for back-end processes regarding eCommerce fulfillment, 3PL management, warehouse management, P&L. Strong stakeholder management experience is essential – both internal and external.
