ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an amazing opportunity to work with an innovative, leading and fast paced digital media & tech company who are champions in their space. You will work closely with the Client Services team to manage deliverables and requests from key clients to ensure successfully delivery of projects and content. You will be positive, proactive, collaborative and show a strong ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard.
• Provide client service and administrative support for the client services team
• Manage deliverables, requests, and document communication with key clients
• Creative brainstorming to drive sales across various digital channels
• Work closely with internal teams to track and report on deliverables, manage deadlines, project timelines and schedules
• Coordinate meeting schedules internally and externally
• Prepare presentations for key client meetings as well as custom reports
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload for multiple projects
• Possess strong analytical skills as well as problem solving abilities
• Knowledge across the various digital marketing channels
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office & Apple Mac
• Exceptional written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an adaptable communication style
• Passionate about learning new systems & platforms
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work/team environment.
