I’m working with a leading Australian fashion brand, recognised for their bespoke style, they were born out of a love for creative concepts, art and design. Their success has only continued to grow and so has their reputation. Currently reaching a global market they are looking to expand their Sydney based team.

This newly created role CRM Specialist is crucial, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of their CRM platform, customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and marketing campaigns as well representing their brand story.

THE ROLE

  • Manage end to end requirements across their CRM platform, including strategy, implementation, integration, execution and reporting
  • Create 1:1 email communication template, customer centric content, social strategies and audience journeys
  • Utilise and interpret database and results to identify clear customer segmentations for targeted marketing and communications
  • Plan CRM strategies for both local and international customers to retain existing customers, develop brand loyalty and to nurture new prospects
  • Collaborate and work closely with the wider business (Marketing, Design and Retail) to ensure brand values and tone of voice are delivered through all collateral and approaches
  • Responsible for analysis and optimisation, testing strategies to improve campaigns
  • Digital first, you immerse yourself in the latest industry trends and stay up to date with competitor analysis

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms, specifically Emarsys as they are in the process of implementing this platform (or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Previous experience doing the end to end implementation, execution and management of a new platform
  • Proven track record of drawing and creating customer segmentations for a large database
  • Ability to create and execute direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social and content), automation and loyalty
  • Able to analyse data to identify low hanging fruit, key performance metrics, longevity with 1:1 communication campaigns and customer behaviour
  • International experience is desirable, particularly launching CRM platforms or customer direct marketing across the USA, UK and Europe
  • Retail, Fashion, Luxury goods or Apparel industry experience is desirable
