One of the most exciting and progressive AdTech Companies who are at the heart of the digital industry with their product suite are looking for a Client Service Manager to manage a portfolio of client and agency accounts.

This role will be great for someone that has a thirst for learning, that wants to upskill themselves, learn about the BIG things that are impacting the media market today and loves technology as well as leading client relationships! It is a true hybrid role for an ambitious self starter that wants to be a part of an exciting companies growth here in ANZ.

Unlike most companies, you will gain exposure to working with all sides of the digital market – from agencies, brands, publishers to social platforms, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs etc. Your role and the business operates uniquely in between everyone – which will offer you an awesome holistic view and knowledge of the industry.

You would be joining a hyper growth entrepreneurial team with a start up vibe, so there is huge scope to make the role your own, take on lots of responsibility and lead collaboration locally and with global teams, plus mentor an associate and help guide their career path. As Client Service Manager, you would be responsible for managing, onboarding and servicing all of your client portfolio. There is opportunity to travel as you may work across a national client patch (NSW, QLD,VIC + NZ) should you want to.

  • You will oversee all aspects of your clients digital and programmatic campaigns activity using the sophisticated platform and products and be their go to expert within the business.
  • You will be instrumental in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will be responsible for educating customers about all aspects of the product suite, and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals and objectives.
  • You will pro actively educate and work closely with your clients and internal sales, product and engineering teams on new customise product roll outs for the ANZ Market.


  • You will have experience dealing with client requests as well as a thirst for new technology and a love to educate and be a product expert.
  • You will ideally have been at a media agency, adtech or publisher in a digital planning / buying, implementation, advertising operations, campaign management, client service, technical account management or sales type role.,
  • Experience and knowledge of adserving, programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, tagging etc.
  • A very organised approach with a positive personality type.
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Proven ability to pick up new concepts, platforms and complex technologies.
