One of the most exciting data driven personalisation, performance and marketing automation agencies in Australia are looking for a hybrid paid media / marketing specialist with skills within either programmatic, display, video, paid social or SEM (paid search.) You will have the opportunity to massively increase your knowledge across both paid and owned digital channels!!

These guys so some impressive work with their top 100 client list – from integrating the end to end adobe stack into a client, then execute and plan all of their paid media for that full holistic viewpoint. So you would also learn A LOT about the full customer journey, data, attribution, analytics, full funnel conversation, onsite optimisation, email and a range of technology stacks including all of the adobe tools – which is rare!

They are looking for someone that wants to hone their skills in all paid digital marketing channels and progress quickly into manage your own accounts!

You will have a very clear progression plan in place for learning, development and progression so you will be set up for optimum success across the business – which is something you may be missing in your current agency.

  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of paid media strategies
  • Segment relevant audience and target them throughout their customer journey, dependent on what stage they are in the purchase funnel
  • Develop & execute experiences to test, target and personalise owned media
  • Design onsite experiences to deliver increase ROI and CVR across a clients’ website
  • Own the client relationship and manage customer expectations appropriately
  • Project manage tasks delivering them on time and within budget
  • Deliver face-to-face, brainstorming session with management executives on the marketing, technical and design sides of a client’s business.


  • You will have at least 1 -2 years’ experience within data and optimisation – ideally within programmatic, display, video, paid social or SEM.
  • You will have excellent numerical, verbal and cognitive thinking.
  • Experience using platforms like Doubleclick, Adwords, DBM, Trade desk, Appnexus, Kenshoo, Power Editor etc
  • Someone that is a quick learner, natural problem solver that can process new complex concepts.
  • Any experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Media Cloud Technology, in particular, Ad Cloud, Target, Audience Manager, Campaign and Analytics would be an advantage but not a pre requisite.
