A people-first digital agency is looking to add in a passionate and dynamic Performance Manager to join their impressive team.

This agency is not like others – an independent, they are focussed on growth but not at the detriment of their team’s wellbeing or happiness. With strict 9-5.30pm working hours enforced, they have more than enough business to keep you engaged and challenged but not too much without the right support and man power.

Working under an experienced and supportive manager, you will be working on only one client’s account across their multiple products – managing the Paid Search function primarily but paired with Display and Social working too.

Responsibilities

  • Managing an executive as they execute delivery of campaigns
  • Develop an intricate strategy for the client that defines investment, channels and targeting
  • Research and identify new channels and platforms to achieve business goals
  • Provide insight, analysis and guidance to client and team on campaign optimisation and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider digital teams (SEO, Creative etc.) to effectively plan and deliver campaigns in budget to timeline
  • Be innovative and passionate in your space and endeavour to mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Paid Search – a strong background of PPC/SEM is essential
  • Strong experience with DoubleClick also essential
  • Understanding and working experience of another channel; Display, Video, Paid Social
  • Experience in a client facing capacity on performance-based accounts
  • Passion for your space and a drive for innovation and development
  • Demonstrable experience managing a large budget
  • Strong grounding in implementation and optimisation now looking to focus more on strategy
