Digital 1st forward-thinking client-side e-commerce/retail brand is bringing ALL digital media, performance and marketing in house and are building out a hyper-growth in-house digital marketing department based in Melbourne.

They are looking for a Performance Specialist to manage and execute a range of biddable campaigns across Paid Search / SEM and Programmatic Display. You may also get involved in all the affiliate channels management too.

This is an AMAZING opportunity to be a key part of a major advertiser with multiple brands, and huge budgets under its umbrella to in-house all of their omnichannel performance marketing.

You would have the opportunity to become an expert across the full Adobe Stack as well as learn a range of new skills working with some of the best digital, offline, brand and e-commerce marketers in Australia.

You would have access to their 1st party data, CRM and help build out the most sophisticated customer funnel and attribution data led performance marketing ROI focused acquisition and retention campaigns and goals for each brand in this fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

This would include planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on all paid media/performance marketing campaigns, as well establishing key measures, approach, and methodologies for measuring the attribution of digital online and offline marketing campaign success against various business objectives.

Designing and executing a performance marketing strategy in conjunction with the broader digital marketing team encompassing channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Remarketing & Social media to meet performance marketing KPIs.

WHO YOU WILL BE?

You will have strategic and hands-on execution skills across paid media and marketing channels – SEM, Programmatic Display, remarketing (Paid social would be an advantage but not a necessity)
Deep understanding of conversions focused towards retail client objectives – attribution modeling and digital campaign success metrics: conversions, ROI, pacing, target CPA’s, secondary conversions, App Store Optimisation, CRO, customer funnel.
The ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment on large budgets across multiple brands.
Hands on experience working on Google/ Adobe Analytics and/or Google AdWords / DSP like Appnexus, DBM, The Trade Desk or MediaMath. Any experience using the Adobe stack would be an advantage.
Hands experience and knowledge on DMPs, DSPs & tag management tools.
Great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
