Award winning global performance agency with a hyper growth plan here in Australia is looking for a Biddable Manager for their entrepreneurial Sydney team. You must be a SEM specialist and keen to learn programmatic and paid social (unless you already have exposure to these channels as well.)

This agency is extremely successful on a global scale and they are focusing on scaling their Australian office then launching Singapore next year, which means lots of exciting opportunities for someone with ambition. You would report into the MD and Performance Director (who are amazing and some of the friendliest leaders in the industry.)

THE ROLE:

  • They are looking for a Search Manager that will manage 4-5 key client accounts and will have the opportunity to be upskilled across paid social and programmatic. The ideal would be someone that has exposure to all channels currently but if not you will be trained by some of the best in the other areas.
  • You will have the opportunity to hire an exec underneath you within 3 months to manage.
  • You would be managing the accounts from end to end – building plans, strategy, tactics through to execution and delivery of campaigns. Growing performance and revenue from your clients, who range from insurance, FMCG, logistics and ecommerce.
  • You will work closely with the senior management team – supporting them on new business opportunities.
  • You would work closely to the Head of SEO, CRO and Analytics as well as the Head of Content and Client services.

WHO YOU WILL BE:

  • 2-4 years’ experience as a SEM, Performance or Biddable Account Manager, Senior Exec or Manager.
  • Hands on experience in Paid Search. Any exposure to paid social and programmatic would be an advantage.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Has managed their own portfolio of clients and come up with new ideas to hit KPIs and client goals using performance channels.
  • A self-starter that wants to take ownership of all performance marketing for a fast growing agency.
  • Hands on experience using the Google suite of products – Google Analytics, Google ads, DV360 etc
