One of the most Innovative Trading Desks Globally is looking for a Programmatic Client Manager to lead all programmatic strategy, planning, client service and technology recommendations (adtech, martech, data) for their group’s new flagship hero client!
You would be advising the agency team and client on everything programmatic related – from strategy, brief responses, planning, consultancy projects, tech stacks etc.
There are opportunities to consult clients to unlock investment in personalisation, DMP technology, Dynamic Creative, data lead campaign strategies.
The Client Manager will create, advise and execute marketing strategies for this tier 1 brand ensuring they are aligned with commercial/business objectives and work to implement innovative, cost-efficient, and effective campaigns to achieve the objective.
You will work closely with the agency partners and will act as the subject matter expert for digital and programmatic in the early stages of campaign planning, then work alongside the ad operations and trading teams to successfully implement and deliver the campaign against the client goals.
You will lead strategy sessions for clients (pitching / brief responses) and provide insight into what is possible from a data driven / programmatic perspective. You will be responsible for understanding the client’s goals and objectives both from a media and business perspective and work with the CAD to ensure these are represented in all campaign executions.
You would also be involved in 101 training sessions on the advanced mechanics of programmatic, DMP/DSP technology demos, data driven marketing and segmentation to both the agency and client.
You would work closely with the product teams to initiate bespoke projects based on brand needs as well as manage the relationships with the ad tech providers and media partners.

WHO YOU WILL BE:
- You will ideally currently be at a media agency or trading desk and have experience with programmatic – ideally having used the tools at some point.
- You must have a commercial yet analytical mindset and experience being client facing.
- You must also have an understanding of media planning and putting together strategies – but also interested in new technology and being a trusted client advisor.
