An ambitious boutique digital agency are currently looking to expand their offering and hire a Senior SEO Executive to their team. This business is fast growing, with a team of young, driven and committed high achievers, driving awesome results for a range of Music, Healthcare, Entertainment, Luxury & Fitness brands!

This integarted digital business focuses solely on data driven performance marketing and are currently going through tremendous growth due to a number of exciting client wins! Due to this they are looking for a confident & experienced client facing exec- manager level SEO specialist to manage key client relationships, act as subject matter expert to make best practice recommendations, execute technical projects and assist the SEO Strategist to mentor and manage an SEO assistant, helping to grow this exciting offering for the company.

WHO YOU WILL BE

You will have sound understanding of the technical on-page SEO elements, the role of content, and the importance of links, and have vast experience working with standard tools of SEO. Using your deep knowledge of web analytics and conversion rate optimisation, you will use your ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions. Ideally you will also have a strong understanding of the eCommerce environment and ways to optimise the online customer experience.

Reporting into an experienced and supportive digital Strategist/ Business Lead, this role will require great communication skills as you will be working alongside other specialist teams (Social & PPC) as well as acting as key account manager to a range of clients, who will view you as subject matter expert & expect guidance, key reommendations and best practice advice from!

This role will (in time) allow you to hire a junior and start to grow out and build a small SEO team, so its  agreat opportuity for somoene who is hungry to grow and develop their strategy and management skills!

 

DUTIES

  • Lead the development & execution of ROI driven SEO campaigns
  • Be comfortable pitching in and executing technical strategies as well as leading client workshops, working with the SEO lead to develop SEO product for the company and leading from the front with innovative strategy
  • Identify opportunities by analysing data from various sources and analytics platforms to ensure organic traffic opportunities are maximised.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO, perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, gap analysis and optimization.
  • Identify necessary changes to website architecture, content, linking, page speed improvements and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

  • Manages the SEO program and ensures that there is maximum visibility to the business through the delivery and management of the content and campaign workflows.
  • Work closely with the broader eCommerce and Marketing teams to align SEO content strategy and ensure this is always in line with target audience and brand tone of voice.
  • Set and measure performance in line with overall performance marketing, ROI targets and other KPI’s.
  • Develop detailed reporting suites and regularly report on SEO performance across the group.
  • Ensure key insights and results are effectively communicated to relevant internal & external stakeholders.
  • Apply research and analysis of results when identifying opportunities that will organically grow the business’s search rankings through new approaches and strategies.
  • Produce detailed and accurate technical audit documentation and use this information to manage the implementation of these.
  • Develop optimisation plans to continuously improve the performance of our organic channels against goals such as revenue growth, profitability and market share.

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Prevous SEO marketing experience within digital agency necessary
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or marketing management
  • Strong analytical skills required to identify areas of opportunity and produce insightful reporting.
      • Very strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
      • Proven ability to work in a cross functional environment, multi-tasking skills, and working through ambiguity required
