This is a really exciting opportunity for a Social Director to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-growing and exciting working environment. This is an opportunity to lead and mentor a growing team whilst working alongside a talented Head of Content and Creative Media team to build out the agency’s social content capabilities and best practices.

  • Lead on Paid & Organic Social Media Strategies and Innovation for a portfolio of clients across multiple platforms
  • Work on integrating the agencies social offering across creative, programmatic, data and search
  • Work alongside a Head of Content & Creative Media team to build out social media best practices
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand community and influencer outreach efforts
  • Drive performance reviews, KPIs and goals for your team managing
  • Upskill, manage and mentor junior team members – growing out the team
  • Provide thought leadership for your clients within social acting as the social innovator across the business



  • Ideally 5-6 years of experience within improving social media best practice and programmes within a business for multiple clients
  • Strong experience and understanding of content across owned, shared, earned and paid channels
  • Experience leading and developing social media and content strategies across paid and organic
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience motivating and developing the skillset of junior team members
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
