A major publisher is going through some very exciting growth and has built out a world-class digital product roadmap and scaling up their ad operations, adtech and the commercial team at hyper speed!

They have unique assets that they are building out 1st to market digital solutions around. They are leaders in the PREMIUM VIDEO space and ahead of the curve in tailoring to the shifting nature of how audiences now want to consume the content – live streaming etc, on every device. It’s a rapidly evolving space

They are a new business within an established business that is investing heavily in driving innovation. Everyone is very excited about the journey together. As there are so many new things happening, new processes and products – there are loads of cool things to learn.

You do weekly catch ups with the adtech team where they update you on any new rollouts or things they are doing with technology and the ad server. If you are a curious person you will learn a lot about Server and client-side ad insertion and how things all work. Stuff like how you translate live broadcasts to digital – which is an evolving beast. You would definitely have the opportunity to upskill yourself!

If that’s not even enough – your manager is amazing. They are open, bubbly, collaborative and friendly.

They are about helping the team to develop and learn new things and is a massive encourager for them to have a voice across the wider business.

They are looking for more of a new age type campaign manager personality type. Someone that’s service and solutions orientated rather than just task focused, as they want you to have an impact on shaping the operations team and having a lot of input in how they do that.

It’s a very exciting time for this team as they are building out process, new technology across ad operations from scratch and is in control of how IP video content is getting delivered – end to end.

As Digital Campaign Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Day to day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns
  • Management of the ad-serving systems to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Execution of timely and accurate weekly/monthly campaign reporting for clients and agencies.
  •  Servicing client, agency and sales queries where appropriate.

WHO YOU WILL BE:

  • Proficiency in campaign management, with publisher ad serving systems such as DoubleClick (DFP), Sizmek, third-party ad serving tools, programmatic systems like Telaria and Lotame, client tools such as site catalyst, webtrends, google analytics etc
  • Working experience with Video advertising and related metrics/reporting
  • Any exposure to CSIA – Client side ad insertion, SSCI – server side ad insertion, Video (mid roll, pre roll, VOD, Youtube etc), live streaming, OTT (Telstra tv, apple tv, games consoles etc) would also be an asset but not a necessity.
  • Experienced with container tag solutions – Google tag manager, Qubit Opentag, ensighten etc
  • A self-learner with a passion for advertising operations and adserving.
  • Experience in trafficking, Online Campaign Management etc.
