Here are DIGITAL GURUS, we are looking for a TALENT MANAGER or JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, to work in a very buoyant and exciting sector – DIGITAL MEDIA, ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGY, AND SALES.

We have grown organically in the last few years and become super profitable as a business, celebrating some amazing wins and milestones together! We are now moving into rapid scaling phase to take the business to the next level and we are looking for a passionate people focused and ambitious person with sales or recruitment experience that has a passion for learning, that wants to be a key part of a global business’s growth, wants to work in the most collaborative environment and be fully appreciated and rewarded for their talent!

You will work to support this HOT desk with acquiring and managing candidates within this space.

You will have a clear training plan and career trajectory that will develop you up the ranks into a full 360 recruitment role down the line – where you will manage both clients and candidates.

  • You must have a passion for learning and developing and a keen interest in learning about digital media and marketing.
  • You will have at least 12 months experience in media, digital advertising or marketing in a client facing role in client service, planning, research, strategy, sales or business development type role.
  • An interest in writing creative content and research.
  • Multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work to targets and an overachiever personality.
  • University degree educated.
  • You must have a mature and optimistic outlook on life and business.
  • The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial start-up vibe environment
  • You must have excellent content writing skills …. Or at least the want to develop these.
  • A solutions-focused likeable personality.
  • Have the ability to learn fast, absorb a lot of information and a hunger to be successful in your career.
  • Great research skills. Any exposure to using Linkedin and CRM platforms would be an advantage.
  • You must be money, reward, and service orientated.
