Very exciting well-funded global Advertising and Marketing Technology company with some impressive new product launches in the pipeline that most definitely allows them to stand out from the crowd is looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager for their team in Melbourne.

This business has gone from strength to strength and had their best EVER quarters this year in Australia (in the midst of covid) – which is a testament to their offering and the preferred partner status they have.

You would get access to some 1st to market new digital solutions, including a digital audience solution (cookie free), the ability to build out bespoke market and brand studies, build customisable and lookalike audiences, PLUS a range of other new ventures I can’t mention just yet 😉

You will work closely with a client service manager who will be the client point of contact for their portfolio of agencies and advertisers in VIC, WA, SA.

This is a great role to join a global business that has gone from strength to strength, where you will learn a lot and have access to a range of different parts of their business arms and join an AWESOME and friendly team.

As Programmatic Campaign Manager your role will be to focus on the performance, optimisation, running, set up, yield management and reporting of all digital campaigns post IO sign off.

They would love someone that has experience in optimising campaigns that have been bought on a CMP but optimised back into a CPA or CPi goal as they are seeing a huge increase of performance type campaigns from their clients and looking for someone to own this area of speciality for them in the team.

Your role would include:

  • Manage campaign setup process to ensure campaigns are setup quickly and accurately
  • Create and assign creatives (3rd party tags, HTML files, host raw files and image creatives)
  • Monitor and optimize campaign’s performance and pace through internal and third-party reporting, and provide optimization feedback to Client Service Managers.
  • Media buy on CPM and CPC pricing models to back into CPA goals.
  • Communicate campaign performance to team which includes reporting and analytics.
  • Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of online advertising and affiliate marketing industry developments to spot trends and opportunities across APAC.
  • Provide client teams with post-campaign services (comprehensive recaps of campaigns, making recommendations for future campaigns, providing further data and information to the client/agency).

 

WHO YOU WILL BE:

  • Experience in digital, programmatic management, minimum 3+ years in digital advertising industry (past agency, publisher, DSP, network, etc), programmatic ad operations, ad trafficking, or ad technology.
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working with Verification Partners such as IAS, MOAT and DV a must
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand internal and external needs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong proficiency in Xandr DSP
  • Experience using third party reporting such as DCM
  • Strength in business development and account management, with proven track record
  • Experience in performance-based online marketing models (e.g.: CPA, CPI, CPC)
  • Experience using DSPs such as Xandr, TTD and Adobe is a plus
