INTERIM SENIOR TALENT STRATEGIST /SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER – GLOBAL MEDIA – 10 MONTH+ FTC
Are you a Senior Talent Strategist / Senior HR Business Partner looking for a Global Role with a best in class organisation undertaking a significant transformation around Talent Strategy moving forward?

Due to maternity Leave, they urgently require a Senior Talent Strategist / Senior HR Business Partner to work on driving a number of global talent strategy led initiatives
The role will be both challenging and rewarding and involve:
- Interfacing and engaging with a range of key stakeholders on a Global Basis across the organisation
- Work on a number of key “Talent Strategy” Initiatives which include:
- Global Workforce Planning – Skills gap / Head count planning
- “Job Architecture” – Designing and developing the blueprint for the global organisation for the future
- Recruitment Attraction & Retention Strategies – Engage, Attract, Retain
- Transformation & Automation of processes globally
- The Senior Talent Strategist provides senior level, strategic HR guidance to leaders in the International Product & Operations organization.
- They will be responsible for the formulation of the People Strategy aligned to the business and overall People Strategy for the International Product & Operations organization .
- The Talent Strategist partners with local People Experience teams, dedicated COEs, and other functions to ensure best in class people strategy creation and deployment.
You will be a dynamic, capable influencer with a solid background of Senior experience in Talent Strategy & HR relationship management and demonstrable experience delivering complex talent strategy initiatives to widely distributed teams
