Structure of the organisation

As a Group we employ over 250 individuals globally and act as specialist recruitment and managed service providers across the globe in the following disciplines; IT, Digital, Healthcare, Engineering and Logistics. We currently have offices in the following countries:

•     United Kingdom

•     United States of America

The sourcing of candidates for our clients is our main supply chain. In some circumstances this may require us to involve external agencies who will support in the delivery of candidates onto our end client.

Supply Chain Standards and Process

During these processes we ensure that our employees and candidates remain aware that they are:

•     Free to choose to work for their employer and to leave the company upon reasonable notice;

•     Provided with a clear contract of employment, which complies with local legislation; and

•     All treated in a fair and dignified manner.

We ensure the identity and eligibility of the right to work in the UK of all our own employees and of each candidate that we place, before they begin an engagement or commence work with us and ensure that this information is held on file for appropriate time periods.

Our company will aim to raise awareness and understanding of the Modern Slavery Act with all of its employees. This is delivered through mandatory training as part of our Company Induction and all employees are required to undergo refresher training on an annual basis. The training covers the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and what employees can do to flag up potential slavery or human trafficking issues to the relevant parties within the organisation.

Employees are able to report any potential slavery or human trafficking issues to our People Team, which would then be escalated immediately to the authorised recipients and investigated.

We will continue to review our policies and procedures to ensure our employees have access to any additional information and support that they may require regarding human trafficking, forced labour, servitude and slavery.
