Role: Service Desk Analyst

Duration: Permanent

Location: Fully remote (or office based)

Day rate: Up to £30k

Start date: ASAP

This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst with experience providing Level 1 and 2 internal client support via a ticketing system utilising a range of Microsoft applications including O365, Sharepoint, Azure, Windows OS, Word, Excel, Active Directory.

Responsibilities –

  • Providing Level 1 and 2 ticket-based support.
  • O365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, SQL, ITIL, Azure.
  • Internal Service Desk role, Project Support, Ticketing Systems.
  • Triage of calls, customer queries, escalations, working closely with developers.
