My client, an NHS organisation, is currently recruiting for a Learning Disabilities Project Manager for an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to extend. The role is offered on a full time basis, with remote working and IR35 is TBC. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of a project management role at a senior level, used to autonomous working and have knowledge of health and social care policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of Market Shaping and developing Market Position Statement – experience of this is essential
  • Demonstrable project management experience including managing and analysing data
  • Knowledge of s.117 policy
  • The ability to develop models for a provider framework for people with specialist needs
  • Autonomous working and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Stakeholder engagement skills across multiple agencies and levels
  • Public Health experience is desirable for this post
