Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner
Interim Contract 6 months (can apply for permanent role)
The Learning Business Partner is responsible for the overall management, effective delivery and evaluation of the learning elements of the People and Culture Strategy.
The post holder will be key to establishing the Leadership, Education and Performance function that will support the Trust to become a high performing, learning organisation and an Employer of Choice.
Ideally, we need the following:
– NHS experience or Health industry experience
– Engaging passionate Learning and OD practitioner
– Strong demonstrable experience in leading learning facilitation, employee coaching and psychometric facilitation
