The Requirement

A talented Senior User Experience Researcher is required for one of Manchester’s most innovative, exciting, forward thinking Scale-Ups. On-boarding only the finest talent, this organisation has huge ambitions for growth and success.

As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will pioneer & manage the research and design process, work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional product engineering teams and play a crucial part in creating first-class products and services across the digital and physical landscapes. You will be the research & accessibility advocate, representing & advising on your findings and leading the strategic and iterative creation of products & services that are accessible to all.

• To be the ideal candidate you will be able to hit the ground running in a unique, fast-paced agile environment and be able to adapt to changes and deliver quickly. You will have proven experience working as a User Researcher in a product environment.
• Proven expertise in analysing user behaviour & motivations
• Experience using a variety of research methods e.g. qualitative & quantitative, interviewing, usability testing, a/b testing, surveys.
• Proven success in drawing insights from research and making decisions which meet the user needs & commercial return
