Why should you be my Guru?

I’ve spent the last 6-years speaking to hundreds of people about their aspirations, fears & what’s important to them when they make their next career move, so you can be confident that I’ve helped others in your shoes and that any advice I give is data-driven, tried and tested.

What’s your background?

I’ve been in recruitment for 6 years and have spent my time working across Tech & the Public Sector. I spend most of my time nowadays building long-term relationships with JavaScript & Front-end Developers across the UK.

Why did you join Digital Gurus?

The Gurus have a relationship-led approach to recruitment engrained in their core, and it’s that antithesis to the transactional “quick-win” approach to recruitment that drew me in.

Likes:

Stereotypical northerner really: Good food (with gravy), a pint & the football (and my other half of course, she’ll kill me if she reads this and sees she’s not made the cut). I’ve also found myself picking up a lot more books in the last 12-months, currently making my way through Stephen King’s “The Dark Tower” series.

Dislikes:

Eggs, olives & mash, which I know can be controversial but they’re just really, really not my thing. Especially not together.
