What are your specialist areas?
Why should you be my Guru?
I have 3 years of experience recruiting in the digital sector, in particular Tech, Product, and Delivery. Over this time, I have actively built up a network of clients and candidates, followed the industry as it is constantly changing and evolving. I also had the pleasure of attending industry led meet ups. My natural interest in tech has allowed me to develop an in depth knowledge of it.
My work involves resourcing for the public sector. I’m passionate about finding the right people whose work, expertise, and influence impact the country and its public services. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most talented candidates in the industry and have recruited for top agencies and client side companies- always with a smile on my face! 🙂
What’s your background?
I’m an ex MI5 agent- the travel, keeping national secrets, and living life on the edge got boring very quickly.
I completed my Politics and IR degree in 2011 and did a stint at Amazon head offices as a junior auditor in their EU finance team. I then dived head first into resource management, working for a giant managed service provider who oversaw recruitment campaigns for huge clients. Roles ranged from Senior IT, HR, and Marketing interims for the public sector. Then I found my calling in recruitment.
Why did you join Digital Gurus?
The company always stood out to me due to their fantastic online presence and branding, but more importantly it seemed like a cool place to work. I was right!
Family, friends, K-pop, anything with Chris Pratt in, movies from the 80s and 90s. I’m also a marvel fan girl, I like traveling, the cold side of the pillow, and the smell of rain.
Hayfever, pavement hoggers, Bollywood, negative nancies, Piers’ awful taste in music
