Mojo is an award-winning mortgage broker formed in 2016. One of the founding partners of Mojo, Richard Hayes, is still its CEO today.

Based in Manchester, a notable hub for the growing Fintech movement, Mojo’s rapid and overwhelming success led to RVU (owners of Uswitch, Confused.com and Money.co.uk) acquiring the business back in 2021.

As result of lots of organic success and fresh investment Mojo were looking to build out two brand new Software Engineering teams to bolster it's existing Development teams based in the UK. They approached Digital Gurus as a result of a run of success in hiring contingent technology talent with relevant technology skills and finance sector experience.
