WHAT YOU’LL NEED

A record of success in agency side digital recruitment
To own the entire recruitment process for tech and digital talent on the contract side, whilst also giving our clients the VIP treatment.
A genuine passion and interest for your chosen market
Conversation skills. Recruitment is all about building relationships so someone who loves to talk to candidates and clients - keyboard warriors need not apply!
A mature approach. We don’t work with kids, if wolf of wall street is what you’re into this is not the place for you
Pride. Our collective reputation has been built over years of hard-work and exceeding expectations. We need someone who takes the same level of pride in their work and is willing to help us build on our early success.
