A day in the life of a Talent Scout:

Candidate Sourcing: Focus on sourcing candidates across multiple domains throughout the UK & Europe, utilizing various channels and techniques to identify top-tier talent.

Screening Calls: Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles.

Systems Management: Keep candidate information up-to-date in our systems to ensure efficient tracking and communication throughout the recruitment process.

Support Senior Consultants: Assist senior consultants in their projects, contributing to the success of client engagements and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.
